Adorable Dog Digs Hole In The Sand And Gets Mad When Ocean Water Floods It Again

Adorable Dog Digs Hole In The Sand And Gets Mad When Ocean Water Floods It Again

Don’t you just love the beach? I know I do. The beach is a wonderful place to relax and forget about all your problems and worries. The sound of the waves and the water hitting the shore is so therapeutic and relaxing too.

As much as we love watching the ocean, how many of us can remember being kids and wanting to play in the sand? I bet a lot of kids and adults still do. But would you believe that dogs love it as much as we do?

Humans like to build sandcastles and other giant structures on the sand. But as for dogs, they’re not really fond of building. Instead, they find it entertaining to dig holes in the sand.

Regardless of the difference though, they are still impressed and very proud of their sand creations – just like this dog named Angus.

Angus is a golden retriever and is the star of this adorable video. It can be seen in the video that he is busily digging a hole for himself. He is working very hard and seems to be pleased with his hole.

However, the tide isn’t on his side. As soon as the waves hit the shore, it gets nearer and nearer the hole. Since everything is happening so fast, the water quickly floods the hole, leaving the pooch upset.

The little pup tries to bark at it as if he is warning it to go away. However, that doesn’t work. The water still rushes in and quickly fills his hole, destroying all his hard work. No matter how hard he tries to bark at it, it still ruins his creation, making the pooch confused and mad.

Angus looks so heartbroken, but I’m sure he’ll get over it soon and will still love to play in the sand – just not near the water.

Here’s the cute video of little pup’s reaction.

Some time ago, I had a dog. It was a beautiful Dalmatian dog called Basil. We got him as a puppy. Unfortunately, when he was less than one year old, he started having epileptic fits. We took him to a doctor, and he prescribed him some medication that had to be given to him twice a day, but still, he had the fits from time to time. He grew to be a big a strong dog, so when he had a fit, the nearby furniture was flying everywhere. It was very distressing for us. Otherwise, he was a very loving but mischievous dog. Especially when our food was served on the table, he would jump and steal the meat. Very naughty. Obviously, we didn’t teach him good manners. He loved eating raw courgettes. So life with Basil was very happy but not very easy. When he was six years old, he had a fit but couldn’t come out from it. Our vet took him to his surgery but was not successful, and after a conference with us had to put him to sleep. We were devastated, especially my children. So now we just have a lot of happy memories and our photos. To honor Basil's legacy, I continue to write articles about fun-loving dogs that remind me of him. I hope you enjoy these stories as much as I do!
